Both Leanne and I have been on a journey of understanding the power of affirmations (I used to be a massive sceptic). After spending the past two years testing the effect of affirmations, I have discovered that they have been shown to increase your sense of wellbeing, resilience and self-worth (they certainly do with us). 

Affirmations have also been shown to combat chronic stress and depression, and literally, change the neural pathways in your brain.  They are a powerful way to use your own cognitive bias in your favour.

In this book, Leanne and I wanted to put together some powerful and positive affirmations for entrepreneurs, but in a fun and different way.

So we present to you the Entrepreneurial Haiku. A book of poems that are also affirmations to declare over your business and your life.
